When paying by bank wire, the customer will need to call Gainesville Coins and confirm the sale and they will then receive the wiring instructions. The funds should be wired within 24 hours of submitting the order, or by 9.30 am the next business day if the order was placed after business hours, (say Saturday evening for example).

It should be noted that a 5% non-refundable deposit via Credit Card is required when submitting the order. Orders paid by bank wires will be shipped immediately upon receipt of transfer of funds. Also all money orders or cashier's, personal and business checks must clear the bank via a 14 day hold before coins will be shipped .

Gainesville Coins have a specific returns policy. If any certified coins are returned they will NOT be accepted for return if the protective case has been damaged or tampered with. If the case has NOT been damaged or tampered with then the returns will be accepted on certified coins only provided the original order is returned shipped to Gainesville Coins, Inc. via US Post Office, insured for their full value and post marked no than 2 days from the time the order is received by the customer.

There will be no returns on bullion type coins. All Bullion coin sales are final.

Selling to Gainesville Coins
An itemized invoice must be included when any coins are shipped to Gainesville Coins, Inc. for potential purchase purposes.

All coins shipped to Gainesville Coins, Inc., whether for return or resale purposes, will be videotaped with their security system to insure that the contents of the package matches the included paperwork. Should there be a discrepancy, the customer is notified immediately via phone/email, and a copy of the videotape made available if requested.
